Reporting to the President of Berkshire Healthcare, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will provide overall strategic direction and leadership oversight for clinical quality programs across the continuum. The CMO will influence and provide guidance to the executive team, clinical/medical directors, and team members to continually improve quality through evidence-based best practices. In addition, the CMO will represent Berkshire Healthcare externally, fostering collaborative and strategic relationships with other organizations in key markets.
