SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for managing the functions and staff required for the timely and accurate provision of all patient access functions within St. Josephs Medical Center. These functions (detailed below) are performed at the St. Joseph hospital campus in Bernville, at the downtown Reading campus location, and all outpatient functions at satellite locations. Responsible for ensuring the creation of and adherence to procedures compliant with all federal and state regulatory requirements as well as JACHO requirements.
Bachelors Degree or 4 years job related experience required.
Prior management or supervisory experience required (minimum 2 years)
Minimum 3-5 years experience in healthcare business office or Patient Access operations
