Through a unique partnership with VCU Health System, one of the largest academic health centers in Virginia, a health hub model has been developed to establish a health education and wellness center designed to align VCU/VCUHS assets with community resources to address needs identified by residents of the East End in the City of Richmond.  The VCU Health Hub at 25th is focused on engaging academic, health care, and community partners in education, research, and service initiatives focused on improving the health of populations served, addressing long-standing health disparities, and building community partnerships.  VCU Health Hub at 25th seeks a community-focused Executive Director to provide visionary leader
