Job SummaryProvides leadership within the Environmental Services (EVS) department providing activities to assure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. Responsible for a variety of environmental services duties, follows special healthcare cleaning techniques as required, and trains staff as needed. Ensures a professional and appropriate service standard while performing the job. Follows system-wide standards as well as department specific service standards. Responsible for ensuring the very best patient/family/ customer experience by optimizing all customer interactions.
