A SPgM for Tenet�s EPMO is responsible for successfully leading strategic and tactical program and project teams across the organization in support of Tenet�s business objectives and needs. This role ensures complete business cases are completed by the appropriate teams for leadership approval, measures of success are defined with the business owners to track program and/or project value and outcomes, cost estimates are comprehensive and ongoing forecasts are effectively managed, resource assignments are planned efficiently and secured timely, program and project deliverables are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations
