Either responsible for oversight of day-to-day operational reporting, forecasting, and developing data-driven insights to drive the business forward in a measurable way or an individual contributor involved in complex, higher level analysis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Point of contact for regional operational leaders in regard to operational performance and related initiatives.
Communication of operational performance: actions, results, and initiatives to/from customer, to/from sites.
Work with operational leaders to ensure operational performanceâ��s disciplines align with business and account strategies.
Lead the operational performance team or provides high level results.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including advanced Excel skills
Intermediate knowledge with database query tools such as SQL
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
4-year college degree with major in Business Admin, Computer Science, Accounting or Finance
3 â�� 5 years of business operations experience and prior mgmt experience preferred
