This position is accountable for planning, organizing, and managing recruitment projects and professionals, ensuring and facilitating collaborative and cooperative relationships with applicable stakeholders. Works closely with facility departments to identify strategies that work for their disciplines and provides managers with tools and skills to assist them in making sound hiring choices. Leads and mentors all recruitment teams to achieve Foundation Health initiatives. Participates in the development and implementation of organizational and/or departmental strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
