JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for all aspects of Baylor Scott and White Health?s (BSWH) records management program. The position ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and financial program requirements. This position is responsible for managing and directing the day to day operations of the records program staff. This position involves designing and implementing policies, procedures, budget planning, goal setting, and appropriate controls to ensure system wide record keeping compliance. Further, this position works with leadership throughout BSWH, and any joint ventures that utilize the program, to ensure engagement of records management program and retention/destruction requirements.
