The Nurse Executive (Associate Director for Patient Care Services) is the top executive within nursing and is a key member of the executive leadership team of the organization, involved in strategic planning, organizational assessment, and program development. The Nurse Executive is a member of the VA NWIHCS Executive Leadership Team, along with the Health Care System Director, the Associate Director and Chief of Staff and reports to the Health Care System Director.
