Position Summary: The Health Equity Officer will have the overarching goal to guide the strategic discussions about advancing diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization with a commitment to the principles of health equity and the causes of social determinants of health. They will support the planning and implementation of HPH’s DEI strategies and initiatives by referencing the HPH's DEI strategies that interact readily and effectively with the employees, medical staff, our patients, and their families, plus the members of the Humboldt Park community.
