This position is responsible for the start-up and shut-down of all textile care processing facilities equipment each day. This position provides leadership and direction to approximately 30 textile care employees. Duties include but are not limited to: Perform start-up and shut-down of all textile care processing facility equipment Monitors the operation of the textile care facility and reports malfunctions to supervisors. Trains employees on proper machine operation, safety and lock-out / tag-out procedures, machine operator safety, washer operation, chemical handling, loading patterns, using cart washer, processing linens, cart washer, processing linens, cart loading, motor vehicle operations, and delivery of linen.
