Founded in 2003, Faith Presbyterian Hospice has served over 12,000 Dallas-area families of all faiths, ethnicities and circumstances. Faith Presbyterian Hospice holds the Gold Seal Certification awarded by The Joint Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Facilities for excellence in healthcare quality and safety. Faith Presbyterian Hospice includes the state-of-the-art T. Boone Pickens Hospice and Palliative Care Center. Spanning a 9-acre campus at Merit Drive and Churchill Way, The T. Boone Pickens Center includes 36 lake-facing patient care suites with balconies. As one of the dominant hospice providers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Faith Presbyterian Hospice has $20M in revenues, employs 120 FTEs and maintains affiliated relationships with physicians to support patient care. The average daily census for home care is approximately 228 and approximately 16 on the inpatient units. In terms of payor mix, approximately 90% comes through Medicare, 5% through commercial pay and 5% through benevolent care which is supported by the Forefront Living Foundation.

Reporting to the Corporate Director of Operations for Forefront Living, the Executive Director will lead and collaborate with the senior leadership team in the development of a strategic plan to identify opportunities for long-term success and growth, including new sites, programs, services and partnerships with healthcare providers in the region. This person is responsible for the overall operations of Faith Presbyterian Hospice and will lead the organization in the continuation of the highest quality of care. The Executive Director will direct the organization's robust operations in an effective and efficient manner. They will engage the senior leadership team in strong collaborative efforts to drive organizational performance and unsurpassed care to patients and families. This leader will be known as an outstanding hospice thought leader at the local, regional, and national level. The ED will also support the Forefront Living Foundation in engaging current and future donors to advance philanthropic support of the organization.
