You.
You bring your body, mind, heart and spirit to your work as the Peri-Op Services Nursing Director at Good Samaritan Medical Center.
Youâ™re equally comfortable with leading people, increasing engagement, and aligning strategies with Performance Excellence initiatives.
Youâ™re great at what you do, but you want to be part of something even greater. Because you believe that while individuals can be strong, the right team is invincible.
Us.
Good Samaritan Medical Center is part of SCL Health, a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization that focuses on person-centered care. At our 234-bed community hospital, our mission is to bring health and hope to the poor, the vulnerable, our communities and each other. Weâ™re especially proud of our people, who helped make us one of Americaâ™s 100 Best Hospitals according to Healthgrades.
Benefits are one of the ways we encourage health for you and your family. Our generous package includes medical, dental and vision coverage. But health is more than a well-working body: it encompasses body, mind and social well-being. To that end, weâ™ve launched a Healthy Living program to address your holistic health. Healthy Living includes digital tools, classes, counseling and paid time off. We also offer retirement planning.
With this position, you are eligible to participate in the At Risk Compensation (ARC) Plan. This plan enables SCL Health to provide leaders with an additional performance compensation opportunity. The ARC Award opportunities are calculated as a percentage of your base salary. Awards are paid out based on attainment of selected SCL Health Board-approved goals. To show our commitment to you and to assist with your transition into our organization, we may also offer a sign-on and / or relocation stipend and reimbursement when applicable.
We.
Together weâ™ll align mission and careers, values and workplace. Weâ™ll encourage joy and take pride in our integrity.
Weâ™ll laugh at each otherâ™s jokes (even the bad ones). We'll say hello and high five. Weâ™ll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value of spirituality in healing.
Weâ™re proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.
