JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day�to-day operations, including meeting clients SLA�s, site specific quality and production metrics.
- Bi-Directional Communication between PSC operations and Client Services (RCS/ASD) / Facility
- Management of process and quality and ensuring delivery aligned withSLA�s
- Partnering in process improvement and innovation with enterprise teams
- Controls operational expenses within expected budget, manages to yearly EBIT goals
- Coordinates Policies and Procedures along with key stakeholders. Ensure consistent training and utilization of technology as appropriate across the board
- Manages multiple lines of business across clients and locations
- Responsible for new business growth and support of Client Delivery team in pursuit of new revenue generation opportunities
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
- 4 year college degree or equivalent business experience
- Management experience with multilevel positions
- Prior Patient Access eperience strongly preferred � to include Admitting, Scheduling, Financial Clearance, Clinical and Financial
- Experience owning and managing a budget
- Operational Background (Dialer, workforce management, productivity driven environment)
