Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager for Kahn 5 Neuro/Medical Unit at Morristown Medical Center working primarily 7:00 AM- 5:00PM, no weekends required. Responsibilities Oversees unit staffing, scheduling, disciplinary action, patient flow and throughout. Maintains unit initiatives, quality improvement projects and Joint Commission standards. Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families
