Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Inpatient Care Managers for Morristown Medical Center to work varied shifts including weekday 8A-4P and weekend requirements.

Specific Positions available include:

• Weekends only (minimum 3 shifts per month)

Or

• Weekdays - (1 week-end shift per month)

• Ensure appropriate level of care IP vs OBS, facilitate discharges ensuring homecare, durable medical equipment, infusion, hospice, and barriers to discharge are resolved.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• BSN or BSN completion within 5 years

License/Certification:

• Current NJ Registered Nurse License
• CCM or ACM preferred

Relevant Experience:

• 1 year acute care hospital experience strongly preferred
• Previous care management experience preferred
