Establishes and enforces policies, procedures, standards and objectives.
Directs and supervises staff as well as workflow.
Position has budgetary or fiscal accountability.
Provides for the ongoing effective operation of the Human Resources department deliverables and leadership to support the organizationâ��s mission, vision, goals and objectives.
Develops and interprets policies and administers: employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training.
In smaller facilities, this position may be responsible for other departments, as assigned.
May serve on the executive leadership council.
Management of department, staff and budget.
Directs daily operations.
Maintains production and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints.
Has ability to hire, fire and discipline staff.

Required: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience
Required: 7 years in Human Resources with 2 years supervisory
Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification
