DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: The Risk Management Litigation Specialist (RMLS) is for tracking all new legal assertions or litigation in the computer claims system, relevant claims and other data collection and general administration of claims and litigation. The RMLS serves as primary contact for all defense counsel discovery requests and will coordinate witness interviews for defense counsel or the CHRISTUS Health (CH) legal department. The RMLS will respond to legal inquiries as requested, maintain a diary system of inquiries and ensure compliance of all deadlines as prescribed by the court system.
