Job Summary
Leads projects with a focus on project planning, project tracking, implementation, problem solving and reporting. Assists in the development of schedules for projects by providing high level administrative support. Leads the work of the Project Team. Reports project progress, concerns and issues to project stakeholders and appropriate management personnel.
Job Duties
- Plans and facilitates regular cross-functional project team meetings, identifying key players and assigning individual responsibilities and tasks to move regulatory and key quality strategy projects forward, where applicable.
- Develops oversight plan for annual government programs and quality accreditation reporting to assure all aspects of annual reviews are well planned, including but not limited to assuring external auditing requirements are met, account management standards are updated for maximum success, results are audited and completed in a timely manner and reported to the appropriate leadership teams, etc.
- Develops and maintains annual project list for provider quality and education improvement and leads the provider metrics committee to ensure broad and effective communication around providers to the entire health plan population.
- Works with leadership team to develop project plans for quality interventions and effective and trackable education with providers.
- Creates and maintains work plan for oversight of the projects for project coordinators.
- Assigns projects as appropriate to project coordinators.
- Identifies areas of opportunity to create new processes or work streams to improve the functionality of staff to ensure all regulatory data fields are being achieved and captured for reporting.
- Assists with the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and department workflows.
- Responsible for tracking annual revisions as required by compliance.
- Organizes a stakeholder team to propose improvements to departmental tool kit for providers on a minimum of an annual basis.
- Provides executive level administrative assistance and project management support to the Associate Vice Presidents of Nursing
