Job Summary

Contributes to developing and executing a quality assurance program to meet both organizational and individual project needs. Applies proven testing processes and tools for efficient and effective testing, and develops new approaches for increased complexity and new environments. Provides subject matter expertise and assists others in understanding and performing quality assurance activities.

Job Duties

• Contributes to developing and executing a quality assurance program and is proactive in suggesting improvements.
• Assists in researching new processes, tools, and training solutions.
• Develops test plans commensurate with the risk and complexity of the application and system being tested.
• Assists and reviews test plans of others.
• Performs highly complex functional, integration and systems testing.
• Develops new testing methods and tools for projects that introduce new technology.
• Provides leadership to business areas to develop acceptance testing criteria.
• Identifies, documents, and tracks all testing defects, taking a leadership role in their resolution as appropriate.
• Assists in evaluating, recommending, and implementing tools and methods to automate quality assurance processes, including: repositories, scripting technologies, test data generators, and de-identification tools.
• Analyzes and identifies trends in IT performance metrics.
• Designs, monitors, and analyzes performance metrics program for quality improvement initiatives.

*Relevant experience may be a combination of related work experience and degree obtained (Associate's Degree = 2 years; Bachelor's Degree = 4 years).

Position Details

Automation experience with Selenium-Java/TestNG for Web applications, Web Services, Database testing. Experience with Automating Citrix applications and Performance testing with LoadRunner is a plus.

Strong knowledge in Automation Framworks and Devops preferred.

IT Healthcare experience preferred.
