The Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials Consortium (PCCTC) is the nations premier multicenter Clinical Research Organization specializing in ground breaking prostate cancer research. We work together with distinguished investigators on a single mission: to design, implement and complete hypothesis-driven trials in prostate cancer, translating scientific discoveries to improved standards of care.

You are:

• Capable of working independently as well as leading a team, while multi-tasking, prioritizing, and working with different offices and institutions
• A good decision-maker, with proven success at making timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward

You will:

• Have responsibility for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, commitments and goals
• Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for completing projects; monitor performance against operational plans; and take action to ensure that projects stay on schedule
• Lead projects, teams, and timelines; present recommendations and disseminate information as appropriate
• Serve as primary point of contact for key stakeholders, and internal and external contacts, regarding the projects assigned. Escalate problems that are out of scope and collaborate with PCCTC leadership as needed on resolution
• Coach, mentor and motivate project team members. Influence members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Work closely with PCCTC leadership to plan and implement new program initiatives

You have:

• 4-7 years of research management and/or project management experience
• Experience in staff supervision and management
• A demonstrated track record of embracing new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Strong collaboration, team building and problem-solving skills
• Superior communication and presentation skills, both oral and written

This position will be primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings in New York City.
