You Will:

• Support institutional and department quality patient care, nursing excellence and innovations in nursing care.
• Partner with front line nursing staff, Nurse Leadership, Infection Control, Quality and Safety and other ancillary departments that collaborate in providing nursing care to monitor, analyze and report Nurse Sensitive Indicators. Also facilitate patient safety and performance improvement to ensure quality outcomes across the patient care continuum.
• Support Nursing's pursuit of Magnet and Hospital re-accreditation processes, including Joint Commission and Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT).
• Partner and work closely with our Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy Quality Team.

You Need:

• New York State RN license and BSN
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing, quality or regulatory experience required
• 2+ years of oncology nursing experience highly preferred
• National nursing certification required, or must acquire within 12 months from date of hire

Hours:Full-time 8 or 10 hour day shift, 37.5 hrs per week;
