The Manager plans, supervises and monitors the activities of the employees in the Main Admitting area to ensure that the department operates efficiently and effectively.  This position is responsible for all aspects of the Admitting process to ensure that financial and quality standards are met.  Provides administrative, educational and technical expertise for the specified area.  Monitors and reviews the operating budget through bi-weekly review of productivity and monthly review of the operating report.  Collaborates with clinical, ancillary and support Managers to meet regulatory requirements, performance improvement opportunities and customer service standards.
