The Assistant Nurse Manager (Registered Nurse) for Emergency Department is directly responsible and accountable to the Nurse Manager (NM) who reports to the Chief Nurse for Emergency & Specialty Areas. In collaboration with the NM, the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible and accountable for the operation of the assigned department, establishment, and implementation of evidence-based nursing standards of practice, and provision of recovery-oriented nursing care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
