The Laboratory Manager shares with the Consultant Pathologist/Laboratory Medical Director, the full responsibility for managing and supervising all phases of clinical laboratory operations, ancillary testing, and off-site laboratory collections. Provides guidance and serves as an authority on Laboratory Medicine and diagnostics. Provides first-line supervision to Medical Technologists (MT), Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT), and Medical Technician/Phlebotomists.
