Manager of Operational Analytics Position Summary
This is a Full-Time salaried position with St. Francis Healthcare.
The Manager of Operational Analytics is a key catalyst to advance and implement the Hospitals analytic agenda and capabilities to measure, interpret and report business operational and financial performance. This position has significant responsibilities in supporting the development of strategic assessments, including the compilation, analysis, and presentation of market and competitive information; assist in driving the direction of development of strategy and business plans; operational initiatives, financial analysis and presentation design; strategic cost reduction analysis and execution including external vendor review and support with request for proposals and vendor performance analysis.
The position performs other related duties as required and necessary. The position requires minimal travel. The position participates in the Finance, Operations and Business Development divisions and attends hospital management meeting s and hospital executive Leadership meetings.
Qualifications:Manager of Operational Analytics Candidate Will Possess the Following Education and License or Certifications
Education Required: Master�s degree required, preferably business administration or healthcare management.
Experience Required: A minimum of four years in healthcare business experience required which may include healthcare internship/fellowship
