The role you’ll contribute:
Responsibilities involve directing and supervising financial decision support and data governance activities, including enterprise wide consolidated financial and statistical preparation, analysis and presentation. The director works with leadership to support future financial goals and strategies such as balance sheet and capital allocation modeling and forecasting. Duties also include assisting facility finance/accounting personnel in interpretation of financial and statistical reports, annual budget preparation, and labor benchmarking. The Director of Finance also partners with departments to enhance existing business applications and to facilitate solutions to meet business requirements.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Assists CFO with month-end GL close review and helps identify and research material variances
- Monitors Hospital cash receipts and disbursements for accuracy and internal control
- Prepares the annual Hospital budget, cost reports and other governmental financial and statistical reports
- Tracks and works with CFO to coordinate Capital expenditures and budgeting
- Produces Pro-Forma for business development opportunities
- Maintains accurate records for filing financial and payroll related reports
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelors 5+ years experience
- 2 years Leadership Experience
