JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Health Product Manager III will provide leadership, administration, and management of the activities and resources for a variety of digital products that range in size and impact within the organization. The Product Manager III will engage in market research to inform product strategy and ensures that these products are completed within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
- Work closely with corss-functional product team of software developement engineers, UX researchers, UI designers to design, develop, implement and support new features and products that meet the company's objectives
- Educates and teaches both internal and external BSWH employees around Design Thinking and Customer Driven product philosophies
- Stay up to date on latest consumer technology and trends, demonstrate a point of view on experience and interface design and ensure that the customer voice is present throughout the product cycle
- Identifies problems/opportunities from a Digital Innovation perspective
- Leads the development of the vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive
- Support conducting market research to identify user need for new products
- Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
- Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products
- Manage cross-team dependencies (e.g. negotiatewith other product teams with dependencies and to prioritize cross cutting work).
- Lead and Participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products
- Develops and distributes communication plans
- Drives the management of scope, cost, schedule and quality of large-scale, complex and strategic products
- Actively identifies and resolves issues and risk, communicating out when necessary
- Works with client team to implement change management processes
- Establishes external relationships with other thought leaders in Digital Health
- Collaborate with Digital Team leadership to assist with strategy, where needed
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- Strong written and verbal skills with ability to communicate at various levels of management
- Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking towards problem solving
- Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics
- Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solid knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
- Familiarity with common business software, project management programs and IT systems
- Able to develop and present detailed, actionable proposals and plans
- Passion for disrupting healthcare through digital innovation
- Ability and willingness to work across healthcare verticals: including Value-Based Care, Operation Efficiency and Consumerization
- SAFe experience a plus.

- EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 3 years experience required
