The role you’ll contribute:
The Policies and Projects Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company-wide policy system, processes, documents, and support workflow. The role will have responsibility for also planning and coordinating multiple projects at any given time ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, and projects are completed per the project schedule identifying risks and impacts to the organization.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Acts as a central information source for PolicyTech by maintaining and distributing templates, education, and best practices
- Administers user permissions and manages access rights to PolicyTech at the global and corporate campus level
- Leads in training site leaders and elevated users on how to use PolicyTech
- Represents operational business needs, along with AIT Technology team, when interfacing with vendor continuously improving and optimizing system with end-user experience as priority
- Proactively solves problems or provides recommendations to support the goals of the various policy or project objectives and communicates regularly to impacted groups
- Researches and prepares timely and consistent reports using data from PolicyTech to inform executive team of policy compliance, issues, and opportunities
- Schedules and creates agendas and high-quality presentations for regular meetings with members of governing and project committees as required
- Works with cross-functional peers, team members and other project managers to champion and ensure execution of project plans, real time changes, and risk mitigation
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Change Management, Communications, Organizational Design or related field
- Three years’ experience required in one or more of the following: healthcare operations, compliance or regulatory, project management, change management, policy administration or related field
- Mastery of project management principles, methodologies and standards to drive diverse viewpoints to consensus
- Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio
- PMP certification or equivalent, preferred
