SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Coordinates the support for all (FMLA, STD, LTD, Personal, Military) leave of absence cases and workers compensation claims. Coordination includes general administration, comprehensive case management and monitoring for compliance with all related employment laws. Performs exemplary customer service and assistance to employees, managers, vendors and Strategic HR Business Partners.
Bachelors Degree required
2 years experience working with case management of leaves. Working familiarity with PA Workers Compensation Laws required. Working familiarity with HIPAA Privacy standards required. Working familiarity with FMLA required. OSHA recordkeeping experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required. Proficiency in medical terminology and meaning of medical procedures required. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
Experience with billing, time and attendance and HRIS systems (Infor) preferred.
