The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for the coordination of management of care of the trauma patient across the continuum of care which includes assisting the Trauma Medical Director and Trauma Program Director in facilitating trauma performance improvement activities throughout the facility.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Acts as a trauma resource including planning and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines
Facilitates trauma performance initiatives for the facility
Monitoring care of in-hospital trauma patients and collaboration with pre-hospital providers
Assists with regulatory body surveys including The Joint Commission, State Licensing Review, HCFA (CMS) Validation Surveys, etc.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Three years of progressive Emergency/Trauma experience required
