The MemorialCare Executive Director, Purchased Services will proactively manage the system Purchased Services clinical and non-clinical contract portfolio. Responsible to develop strategies to optimize spend, operational performance and outcomes through a robust analytics, benchmarking and project management program.  The incumbent will provide service vendor subject matter expertise, RFI/RFE/RFP leadership, coordination, and support for operational leaders at all entities.  This position will drive performance-based contracting and accountability that ensures shared-risk and continuous system business reviews, performance monitoring and management of our key Purchased Service
