OverviewThe IT Business Operations Manager has the responsibility for the oversight and management of all Enterprise IT financial management processes and Enterprise business continuity in partnership with data center disaster recovery plans. Oversees the Enterprise IT financial management processes including annual planning, operating and capital budget development, monthly forecast and variance analysis, project portfolio budget analysis, and financial metrics and reporting. In addition, the manager oversees the general vendor management practices related to ensuring a fully executed vendor Statement of Work, purchase order, invoice approval process, and expense tracking and reporting processes are in place and audited.
