Job Summary
Assists in the configuration and management of specified programs, products and services. Responsible for assisting in the ongoing configuration, management and oversight of consumer driven products including health reimbursement arrangements, health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts. Helps ensure continued operational functionality and accuracy of the supplemental accounts that will in turn lead to membership retention and growth. . Analyzes CSI data to identify and target high volume employer groups and providers who would benefit from use of the Service Center.
Job Duties
- Responsible for all aspects of configuration and maintenance of consumer driven products in core claims processing system, including but not limited to design, documentation, testing and quality audit.
- Provides enrollment guides for employer groups to assist in HRA education.
- Oversees weekly HRA claims review and review noted issues upon customer service completion.
- Determines valid issue and suggested solution to noted issue.
- Reviews HRA enrollment and initial claims processing for new and renewing groups.
- Ensure that enrollment is correct and claims are processing correctly.
- Develops and manages a data base to track group set up and issues to ensure accuracy and resolution.
- Researches other top health plans to determine best in class consumer driven products.
- Assists in the improvement of the carve out counter process as it applies to qualified high deductible health plans.
- Provides continued consumer education to key audiences including sales and customer service as the HSA products expand upon implementation of the exchange.
- Provides Customer Service support to the sales staff and wellness team at health fairs and open enrollment meetings.
- Provides technical training to Employer Groups and Providers in the use of the Service Center.
- Reviews list of current participating vendors.
- Confirms discount, establish relationship with the vendors and determine if additional and increased discounts can be obtained.
- Researches discounts offered by competitors and top plans in the nation.
- Determines which offers are attractive and try to replicate said discount.
- Ensures that the Accessories program, especially new discounts are communicated to sales, members and brokers on a timely and regular basis.
