Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic leader for Marworth, a prestigious residential recovery center with a rich 40 year history. Scope includes a 101 bed residential recovery center, outpatient therapy and alumni relations. In partnership with clinical leadership and system leadership, this position will be responsible for co-development and execution of strategic initiatives to solidify the future direction of Marworth.
Job Duties
- Accountable for leading a culture that focuses on high quality addiction recovery while leveraging the strategic benefit of being a part of the Geisinger integrated delivery system.
- Direct operational leadership of clinical and non-clinical departments, with matrixed leadership for system support functions like food service, facilities & security.
- Identification, coordination and execution on projects that improve Marworth operating margin, including but not limited to; employee benefit carve-in strategy, structural and operational enhancements of utilization management and other performance improvement/ employee engagement opportunities.
- Development, oversight and management of relationships with all referral sources, which include EAPs, Unions, trade organizations, etc.
- In partnership with contracting resources, development of contracting strategies for Managed Care contracts.
- Responsible for leading board meetings, communications and development of board members.
- IT/ and electronic health record governance, including the ongoing management of EHR vendor NetSmart.
- Responsibilities include system performance oversight, contractual oversight, project sponsorship and alignment and ensuring functionality and deliverables are being met according to SLA/ contracts.
- Responsibility also includes Chairing the EHR governance committee, and prioritizing/ approving work relating to the EHR. Accountable for creating structures to ensure regulatory compliance with DDAP, Carf, Joint Commission & Department of Health.

Position Details
Experience in Addiction Medicine, Healthcare Administration or Social Work Administration highly desired.
