The Head of Paid Social and Display will be responsible for end-to-end digital campaign management, directing media agency partners and executing on our strategic digital marketing platforms — such Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. This individual will work directly with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and other marketing strategists to proactively define paid media strategies for our brand, service lines, products and services. The candidate will manage campaign deployment, ad optimization and testing, and ad performance reporting by campaign to infuse a test-and-learn culture into the greater Marketing organization.
In addition, the Manager of Marketing and Public Relations has the following responsibilities:
Maintain and grow the voice of the health system’s brand by developing a cohesive advertising strategy while contributing to the development, execution and monitoring of overarching digital marketing strategies and specific campaigns for all social channels.
Develop and maintain an advertising calendar for all regions.
Act as strategic council to marketing strategists to provide recommendations for paid strategies and ensure each ad campaign is optimized for audience segment and channel.
Report on and utilize data to create and/or refine strategies.
Be an advocate for growth of the employee engagement program across the organization.
Collaborate with Creative and Content teams weekly to plan campaign strategies.
Serve as an in-house expert for all things digital, including emerging trends and practices. Effectively state the business case for investment in new tools and platforms to grow the organization’s digital capabilities.
Notify and coordinate with the service recovery, Public Relations/crisis and leadership teams as appropriate to identify and manage any potential reputational issues captured in social advertising.
Manage and collaborate with an internal content team, cross-functional teams and external resources to continually evolve the design and impact of digital properties.
Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner.
