- AdventHealth Centra Care’s board-certified physicians provide adult and pediatric care when you need it.
- Our urgent care clinics are open 7 days a week and can treat a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions.
- We are equipped with x-ray, prescription, and lab services.
- Centra Care is the affordable alternative to the emergency room for urgent conditions like broken bones, infections, allergies, stomach problems and pediatric concerns.
The role you’ll contribute:
The Training Manager will have oversight and management of the PRC training team and non-clinical field trainers and will ensure the development and implementation of effective training plans. The Training Manager will collaborate with operational leadership to support training of quality initiatives for the organization. They will also collaborate with the operational leadership to identify, assess, prioritize, and address training and development needs among team members. The Manager will maintain objectivity by assessing and prioritizing training needs based on performance and compliance in respect to training plan goals and targets. They will provide leadership and guidance to their team members to ensure a standardized training program.
The Manager will collaborate with multiple operations departments to develop, maintain, and improve the program. The Manager will need to build and maintain effective relationships with operational leadership. The Manager will maintain and display subject matter expertise in EPIC and other relevant applications, as well as in-depth experience with helping teams achieve quality measures through strong leadership skill

- Responsible for ensuring effective communication with all staff regarding policies, procedures, forms, changes, and requirements.
- Ensures all staff adheres to compliance regulations, AdventHealth policies and procedures.
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Associates Degree
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
