Perform diverse supervisory duties and work order control-related activities. Manage, coordinate, and monitor the maintenance, repair, and administrative activities of: Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, general maintenance trades, and Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Security, Safety, Hazardous Material and Waste activities, Emergency Preparedness, and Life Safety . Performs additional duties as requested by Plant Operations management Team or Senior Management.
Minimum: High School or GED Certificate
Preferred: A.A. in building technology and/or technical training with completion of apprenticeship in one or more of the maintenance trades
Three to five years of experience in management of the Physical Environment or as a licensed and/or practicing journey level tradesperson with supervisory responsibilities.
Trades License or Journey Level Trades Certificate
General mechanical ability desired.
