The ChristianaCare Administrative Fellowship is a one-year training program offered to students in their final year of, or a recent graduate, of an accredited Masters Program in Health Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or a related field.As a large health system in a small state, ChristianaCare will offer a unique, challenging and diverse learning experience for our fellow. We are engaged in many efforts to transform our health system and meet the health care challenges facing our community and nation. The selected candidate for this role will gain hands-on, project-specific experience, while getting exposure to many elements of our health care delivery system in areas such as our service lines, essential services,
