DescriptionJOB SUMMARY The Program Manager of Talent plays a critical role in the implementation and oversight of strategic talent planning throughout the CHRISTUS Health System. This individual will be responsible for ensuring company-wide alignment around Talent Strategies that includes project management, to address hospital staffing needs, retention, development, succession planning, and employment branding. The Program Manager will support both the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team in addressing business needs by creating and managing programs that provide industry leading talent solutions. They will assist in bridging talent gaps with a commitment to excellence, diversity and consistency.Work Type:
