The Manager of Network Development will support the recruitment and assimilation of both employed and independent physicians into BQA. The Manager of Network Development will plan, develop, and facilitate BQA Membership for non-physician members, such as post-acute providers. The Manager of Network Development participates in membership strategic planning sessions with BQA administration and Network development leadership. The Manager of Network Development clearly articulates the mission, vision, and status of BQA to individuals and small groups, both conversationally and in presentations. The Manager of Network Development maintains accurate membership lists, current credentialing, and regional and local groupings and identifiers of the membership. The Manager of Network Development maintains current knowledge of integrated delivery network and accountable care organization functions through reading literature, attending workshops, seminar, and conferences and participating in professional organizations. The Manager of Network Development represents BQA to the public, its constituencies, health care organizations, payers, professional associations, purchases of healthcare services, governmental agencies, as needed in the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate for the Manager of Network Development role will develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with Physicians, community organizations and other healthcare facilities in order to gather and exchange information, and to determine new innovative ways to develop and ensure achievement of strategic goals and objectives.
