Tallahassee Memorial Physician Partners (TMHPP) is a community based, multi-specialty group affiliated with Tallahassee Memorial Hospital (TMH). It began as a way to improve the overall health of the Tallahassee community and surrounding service region and to move our health system from a system with focus on health crisis management and chronic diseases to a focus on prevention and health maintenance.  The organization has experienced impressive growth and is now 38 offices across seven counties, from small town family me
