Responsible for strategy, growth and development, operational oversight, and all components of the Enterprise Bed Placement Center and inpatient census management for Centura Health. This includes and is not limited to supporting evidence based clinical quality outcomes, legal and regulatory policies across all facilities and physician relations. Will have financial oversight, performance improvement and human resource management of the Bed Placement Center. In coordination with Senior Leaders the Bed Placement Center will help further define and execute innovative strategies to align with overall organizational goals. Provides leadership and subject matter expertise system wide to further enhance all regulatory and service excellence across the system. Responsible for a strong understanding, working and alignment with Centura Health IT and Unified Communications teams to ensure all technical equipment has immediate support, redundancy, and call storage for risk/legal management. Critical responsibilities include achieving data driven outcomes by increasing efficiencies and improving the provider and patient experience.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Bachelors and Masters degrees required. Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field required.* Current state nursince licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.* Four years of progressive *clinical leadership experience.* Strong operational knowledge of hospitals, providers, delivery systems, clinical services and patient transport systems.* Executive presence to work directly with executives, boards, physicians, senior leadership, other providers and managers.Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
