Unit/Position SummaryThe Manager of Nursing and Patient Care is responsible for managing operation over multiple units in the critical access hospital in Mountain Home. Working closely with our other Manager, this position will include 24/7 responsibility for all nursing and patient care activities to include: patient experience and consumer engagement, stewardship, culture and quality and safety. St. Luke's Elmore has a long tradition of providing expert care to the people of Elmore and northern Owyhee counties. The facility provides a 25-bed critical access hospital featuring 24-hour emergency department
