The Director of Dialysis Services will be accountable for the development, implementation, evaluation and oversight of services provided by all inpatient and outpatient dialysis programs at The HealthAlliance Hospitals. The Director will serve as a leader in the coordination of interdisciplinary processes that facilitate and expedite patient care services to achieve optimal outcomes. The Director will work with physicians and employees to continuously develop this service, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure patient satisfaction.
