Job Summary: The Sr Director, Oncology Nursing Services provides daily operational administration for nursing and other patient care areas at Westchester Medical Center. The Sr. Director of Oncology Nursing services is responsible for driving strategic and business planning, program development and operational efficiency under the guidance for the Administrative Director. Collaborate with staff from hospital operations, finance, marketing, planning and medical staff to ensure that projects and initiatives are completed in a timely manner.
