This position is for a Pharmacist Program Manager for Oncology/Hematology.Patient care activities include planning and implementation of antineoplastic drug and antiemetic drug regimen, monitoring and follow-up of chemotherapy, fluid, electrolytes, pain control and other cancer supportive care medication,admixing and distribution of chemotherapy and supportive care medication.Other activities include counseling of cancer patients and their families, inventory control of all antineoplastic drugs. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
