Independently works to collect, document, and present the vendor data needed to manage integration and transition of CHI vendors to Conifer. Follows direction of Transition management to create a matrix of all current vendors by functional area. Works with Contracting and Governance to ensure all vendor contracts are accompanied by fee schedules on the Sourcing Portal. Coordinates the distribution of regulatory releases to CHI management group. Helps formulate vendor strategy. Participates in contract consolidation efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the vendor true-up process and escalate as needed, including coordination of information exchange, Perform administrative functions, and communicate findings to client related to vendor true-ups with Coniferâ��s clients.
Coordinate with CIM, C&G, Accounting/Finance and Client management to assist with new facility integrations including:
Leading the vendor contract analysis to identify pertinent information to complete data fields comprising the vendor contract matrix;
Owning the maintenance of the functional vendor matrix, as needed;
Verifying Fee Schedules on Sourcing Portal are accurate and available for each contract and escalates as needed;
Coordinating and supporting the reconciliation of 1st invoices received to contracts and creation of fee schedules, and escalating as needed.
Responsible for the preparation of the process flow charts for CHI contracting and AP functions.
Team with accounting and finance with enhancements to the vendor accrual process and provide information related to vendor and contract changes.
Participate on teams comprised of Operators and Management designed to develop vendor strategy and consolidate vendor contracts.
Assist CIM manager with annual updates to Conifer Standardized Solution.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, economics, finance, or other related field required
Minimum of 2 â�� 4 years applicable business experience
