The Manager, Revenue Cycle Optimization & Transformation is responsible for leadership and execution of the work of the Financial Counselors. Conduct best practice research, facilitation of operational assessments for implementation, development of standardized reporting KPIs and assistance with other revenue cycle projects as identified. Oversees revenue cycle activities that are influenced at the Point of Care as well as imbedded in the day-to-day operations of the Clinic.
