The Clinical Social Worker assigned to this Veteran Justice Outreach (VJO)/Healthcare Re-Entry Veteran Case Manager position will provide outreach services to a highly complex and high risk population detained in secured, county, state and federal correctional institutions. The Clinical Social Worker's VJO responsibilities are conducted primarily in community settings in conjunction with police encounters, correctional facilities, including county jails, work release centers, and local courts.
